The pouch mold, traditionally designed to double or nearly double the productivity of a particular product that is well suited to that mold configuration, has now been reinvented by BMB to produce a wide variety of products that can be produced on a single press. with significant economic advantages of transformation, autonomous injection of various shapes with independent sizes and parameters of injection units.
In other multi-injection projects, Brescia is involved in production with a configuration of two molds next to each other or only one, which sometimes requires one central injection, sometimes with two parallel and motorized units in their positioning.
For other supply purposes, presses with 2 horizontal injectors and 2 vertical injectors are required to meet the need for the production of 4-color automotive components and at the same time be able to rely on the use of the same press in its classic configuration with one injector.
